Puff Daddy


sean-combs/Puff daddySean John Combs (born November 8 1969 in Harlem , New York ), also known as Diddy, P. Diddy, Sean John, Puff Daddy or Puffy, formerly Bad Boy is an American rapper , record producer , actor and fashion designer .

In the early 1990s, he worked as a production assistant at Uptown Records before joining in 1993 his own record label Bad Boy Records founder and artists like The Notorious BIG , Junior Mafia , Lil ‘Kim and Craig Mack produced.

After his friend Notorious BIG was shot, he started his own singing career in 1997 with the release of the album No Way Out, which with a Grammy award. It contained songs such as It’s All About the Money, Can not nobody hold me down or I’ll Be Missing You. The latter was a cover version of the hit “Every Breath You Take by The Police . The song, also on the Notorious BIG’s widow Faith Evans participated should be a tribute to the rapper. At the MTV Video Music Awards , he played this song with Sting , former lead singer of The Police .

Mobb Deep


Mobb DeepMobb Deep is a US-based rap duo, consisting of Prodigy and Havoc. The New York duo has been active since 1992 and has released seven albums, several of which have received gold or platinum records. Both rappers also released solo albums.

Band history
Havoc (* May 21 1974 bourgeois Kejuan Muchita) and Prodigy (* November 2 1974 , bourgeois Albert Johnson) grew in the New York council estate Queensbridge , from the other hip-hop like Nas , Onyx , and Big Noyd come on. They met at Graphic Arts High School in Manhattan to know and discovered their common interest in hip-hop. 1993 they were from a sub-label of Iceland Records contract made under and released there debut album Juvenile Hell, with productions from DJ Premier and Large Professor . The Rolling Stone called the style of the album as the “evil twins of Kris Kross ‘ . The album was not commercially successful.

Lil ‘Kim


LilKimCropKimberly Denise Jones (born July 11 of 1974 in Brooklyn , New York ), better known as Lil ‘Kim, is a rapper who achieved great success in the second half of the 90 , going on to win a Grammy for remix of ” Lady Marmalade . ” It is one of the four rappers who’ve come to number one in the United States . In 2004 she played herself in the video game Def Jam: Fight for NY .

Early and Junior MAFIA

Kimberly Jones was born and raised in Brooklyn. With nine years his parents divorced, leaving to live alone with her father. The relationship between father and daughter was not very good, and took order after a physical assault by her father. She was forced to live on the street, where she met Christopher Wallace, later known as The Notorious BIG and this one of the great figures in their personal and professional life.
