Garbage is a band of rock International (singer Scottish musicians and American ) resonances pop and electro -style special and sometimes retro or kitsch , which gives it a unique and difficult to define, often described as alternative rock or even new wave . The beginnings
The band was formed in 1993 by a trio of U.S. producers Butch Vig (who produced among others the legendary Nevermind from Nirvana , the Gish and Siamese Dream Smashing Pumpkins , and more recently the new album by Green Day , Breakdown 21st Century ) Duke Erikson and Steve Marker . The group then worked for two years on a second album, during which Shirley Manson is known by surfers as one of the first artists to keep a blog . The single “Push It comes out in spring 1998 , followed by the album, Version 2.0 , which quickly reached the status of double gold record in France. BeautifulGarbage France will rank third in sales during its release.
In 2003, the band appeared on the compilation We’re a Happy Family , which groups pay tribute to the Ramones . Garbage interprets I Just Want to Have Something To Do, which had already been played during the tour Beautifulgarbage.
